The Heavens

The Heavens is located just 45 minutes from downtown Asheville in Hot Springs, North Carolina. This beautiful, 90 acre property offers two cabins that can sleep up to 10 people. The main cabin sleeps up to 8 people, and has a full service kitchen! Think about getting a bangin’ wedding day meal prepared by one of the many private chefs in the area!

The Sky Cabin sleeps 2 and is the perfect suite for couples who want a little privacy away from family and guests.

The best part? Just look at those mountain views!

Imagine saying “I do” overlooking the mountains, having a beautifully prepared meal, and sipping your favorite beverage fire-side as the sun goes down.

The Magnolia House

The Magnolia House is a historic home located in Hot Springs, NC. The property boasts 3 vacation rental options including the Magnolia House (the main house as seen above), Magnolia Cottage, and the Garden House.

The Magnolia House along with the Magnolia Cottage are rented as one property to offer 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and 3 acres of curated gardens.  The Magnolia House sleeps up to 14 guests, based on double occupancy per room. 

Inside the cottage you’ll find two king bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom with a large, walk-in shower, a comfortable living room and a well-appointed mini kitchen. 

The Garden House features three curated bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample space for up to six guests. 

I love this property because it’s walkable to downtown Hot Springs, restaurants, and one of my favorite breweries – Big Pillow! While you’re there, be sure to grab some tacos from The Grey Eagle Taqueria, located at the brewery! (I love the Apple-a-chian chicken ones!)

Additionally, the property has a quaint area for your ceremony under a Black Walnut tree, a covered pavilion for celebration, and beautiful mountain views!

Little Mountain A-Frame

The Little Mountain A-Frame is located about 30 minutes from Asheville in an adorable little mountain town called Old Fort.

Set on seven acres of woods, there’s privacy and seclusion without losing the benefit of being only 10 minutes from town, where you’ll find breweries (my favorite is Hillman Beer!), a winery, restaurants, shops, and the famous Catawba Falls hike!

It’s perfect for the couple who wants to keep it simple but wants an idyllic setting for their elopement!

Mount Airy Farm

Mount Airy Farm is a beautiful luxury estate on 38 acres, with breathtaking views EVERYWHERE you turn! Located just 25 minutes from downtown Asheville, it’s a perfect place to host your small wedding or elopement!

Additionally, this spot boasts a pool, a tennis court, a sauna, and an outdoor fireplace!

The house can sleep up to 16 people and is also dog friendly so bring your Dog of Honor!

Pisgah Highlands

Pisgah Highlands is a gated 25 acre mountain getaway bordering Pisgah National Forest. There are 6 cabins to choose from on this beautiful property 25 minutes outside Asheville, NC.  

These unique and pet friendly cabins are off grid. But, you can still enjoy the comfort of a soft bed, solar power, off grid heat and outdoor solar showers. If off-grid isn’t your thing, their creekside cabin is on the grid!

They can host your elopement or small wedding for up to 10 guests. Please note that AWD or 4WD is needed to access the cabins.

Earth & Sky Dwellings

Holy smokes! What can I say about Earth & Sky Dwellings other than it’s probably the most unique stay in Asheville! Honestly, I could argue that it might be the most unique in the entire country!

All 20 of their dwellings are differently themed, inside and out!  Several dwellings are themed with  fantasy and magical touches (check out their hobbit themed house called Dragon’s Knoll!). Ten of their dwellings are pet-friendly as well!

This whimsical property has mountain views for days, too!

Luxe Compound: The Glass House & The Gallery House

I always recommend choosing a rental that has plenty of natural light. This will make your getting ready photos that much better even if you don’t plan on having your ceremony there.
